Grace has scaled finance functions in some of the UK's fastest-growing companies, with deep expertise across AI infrastructure, SaaS, biotech, medtech, and deeptech. She has guided teams through everything from multi-million-pound fundraises to complex tax and statutory challenges, always with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
A Chartered Accountant (CIMA), Grace blends financial rigour with a collaborative style that helps founders and teams stay in control while focusing on growth.
She splits her time between London and South Wales, where she lives with her wife and their four dogs. One of which is a Mad Spaniel!
